When we decided to purchase the home we did not use a realtor of our own; we just allowed Jane to complete the transaction. We were not selling the home we were moving from, but planned on renting it as income. Jane also helped us find the perfect tenants for the home. She goes above and beyond. She kept us up to date on all the necessary appointments, from the home inspection to having some estimates completed on some issues that needed to be addressed. She is an experienced realtor for sure but is not a pushy sales person. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home or renting one. We are now pleased to be able to call her a friend. The week we moved into our home, she even dropped off some eggplant parmesan for dinner because she knew we would be too busy to cook. A terrific lady and a terrific company.

Trusting someone with the sale of your home and purchasing of another is very difficult, especially since most realtors are just looking for quick deals. I’m happy to say that Jane is not one of those realtors and truly cares about her clients. My wife and I are not the easiest people to deal with and she was able to exceed our expectations! My requirement for any realtor is to be prompt, knowledgeable and responsive. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with realtors who only checked off 2 of 3 requirements. Some were prompt and responsive but lacked knowledge. On the other hand, some were knowledgeable but lacked the responsiveness I needed during this major life decision. I finally found Jane who checked off all 3 requirements, and then some! Real estate is the biggest investment for most people and I need someone who I can count on to be my advocate. Jane is direct, easy to work with, and knows how to play hardball when she needs to. I’ve recommended her to my friends and family, and she did not disappoint!
